CANCELLATION & LATE PICK-UP

We require twenty four (24) hours cancellation notice for DAYCARE reservations otherwise you may be charged for the reserved service (By 9:30 AM the day before).
Monday-Friday: We require all daycare dogs to be picked up BEFORE 6:00 PM. We charge $1.00 per min after 6:00 PM or after your scheduled time. This is NOT an add-on service. If you don't arrive before our staff has completed it's duties you are responsible for your late fee, food & additional boarding fees.

We require forty eight (48) hour cancellation notice for BOARDING reservations otherwise you may be charged for a full night of boarding or cost of visit.
We require seventy two (72) hours cancellation notice for BOARDING reservations that are within three days of a holiday and/or special event, otherwise you may be charged a no-show fee equal to two (2) nights of boarding.
